2022 HOUSING RATES
A single includes one twin xl bed with semi-private hallway bath facilities segregated by gender. The bath facilities are shared with up to 3 other rooms.
All rooms are air-conditioned

Every guest of North Quad will receive:

- (2) large bath towels, hand towel & washcloth

COMMUNITY CENTER AMENITIES
For the convenience of our guests we also have the below amenities at the Community Center desk that can be signed out for use. Please note - these items are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis.

Guests of the building will have access to the following community amenities:
- MCard operated laundry facilities - located on the 3rd floor
Guests will be granted complimentary access to campus recreation facilities for any fitness needs

There is parking available at the City of Ann Arbor lots. City-owned parking facilities are marked by white signs with a green letter P (lots) or blue signs with a white P (structures). The lots on Maynard Street or Liberty Square on E. Washington are the closest to North Quad. Rates in parking structures are $1.20 per hour. The Liberty Square structure (on Washington west of State) has a flat fee of $5 after 3pm Mon-Fri and all day on Sat. Rates for city meters are $2.10 per hour. All city parking is free on Sunday. GETTING TO ANN ARBOR
Ann Arbor is easily accessible by Air, Rail, or Road. Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) is located approximately 25 minutes away just major Interstate I-94. You have a number of options at different cost levels, either pre-booked or on-demand at the airport itself.
Bus Service: $12 each way. https://www.theride.org/services/airport-service. You should go to the “Blake Transit Center” stop, which is in downtown Ann Arbor.
Taxi Service: follow the Taxi / Ground Transportation signs at the airport.
Ride Share Services: Lyft and Uber are available. See this guide for Uber from Detroit airport (DTW).
Car rentals from all major rental companies are available at the airport, but not recommended as parking is limited in downtown Ann Arbor.
There is station in Ann Arbor (ARB) that serves both Amtrak and Greyhound.
- Bus Service: There are (2) bus systems that operate in Ann Arbor during the summer
Ride Share Services: Lyft and Uber are available and prevalent throughout the city of Ann Arbor
AATA Bus - This bus system is run by the City of Ann Arbor and can provide cost effective transportation to get to your destination throughout the entire Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area. U of M Blue Bus - This is an "in-city" and "on-campus" bus system that is run by the University of Michigan. Routes and schedules can be found by clicking here. For greater ease, you can download the "Double Map" App and select the University of Michigan Magic Bus bus system. This will be give you real time arrival and departure times of buses, which buses are currently running and what bus stops you are near. Your MCard that you receive at check-in will allow you complimentary riding throughout your stay.
